Shearer Security Devices provides a full, one year warranty on both parts and labor on all electronic systems we install and an industry leading extended protection plan that includes 2 free annual maintenance service and inspection with a guaranteed 8 working hour response time. That means usually a same day response for all service calls.

We also offer Full Service Extended Protection Plan that covers your equipment after the initial one-year warranty expires. You won't have to worry about additional out-of pocket costs when it comes time for service. This coverage includes parts, labor and two annual service inspections, which includes the replacement of batteries if necessary.
